who is basil?? he is the best femboy in fiction. im joking (not), basil is a 12-16 year old boy from the rpg game omori, he is the tritagonist. he is quite shy, empathetic (even towards his plants) and quiet, and takes care to take care of everyone in sunny's headspace. in the real world, he is presented as anxious and sensitive, often being bullied by aubrey who tries to cope with mari's death and their parent's divorce. he suffers intense regret, and is seen to be attached to sunny. (its impossible about me to talk about him without spoiling :,( )

why basil hes lowkey evil?? once again, i can see myself in him. honestly, i do a lot of bad things all the time - and everyday i beat myself up over it, sometimes even unable to get out of bed due to the shame of my actions, and it feels like the guilt and shame really eat me up sometimes, i also really relate to the fact that i get posessive and cling onto people, which dosent get me very far, but at the same time im distant, and sometimes it dosent make sense to me, and just like basil i do miss all of my friends so much but i refuse to show it really. and i feel like basil was a big part of my personality for a while, his whole character is just amazing.

also the game is so well done, the soundtrack is so fucking good auugghhh best soundtrack of all time
